About Your Nutrition Coach
Hi, I’m Rebecca Dent a high performance dietitian specialising in supporting ultra running and mountain sport athletes. For the past 15 years I’ve been helping ultra runners and mountaineers who are training towards an ultra race or mountain summit cross the finish line faster or increase their chances of summit success.
I’m based in the Chamonix Valley, the outdoor capital of Europe and when I’m not supporting my athletes I’m out on the trails running or hiking with my dog Lumi or in the mountains ski touring or mountaineering.
