    Thank you for all of your help with my Nutrition leading up to my climbs
    As you know, I didn't climb Mont Blanc but instead went to Georgia and climbed Mt Kazbec. The last hut is at 3700m so it's a long trip up to the summit and back to the hut. Apparently the average is around 11-12 hours. Hi, I’m Rebecca Dent a high performance dietitian specialising in supporting ultra running and mountain sport athletes. For the past 15 years I’ve been helping ultra runners and mountaineers who are training towards an ultra race or mountain summit cross the finish line faster or increase their chances of summit success.

I’m based in the Chamonix Valley, the outdoor capital of Europe and when I’m not supporting my athletes I’m out on the trails running or hiking with my dog Lumi or in the mountains ski touring or mountaineering.
