High Performance Dietitian have partnered with Wemomentum to offer you a ski touring adventure with the opportunity to learn about the true nutrition science. Cutting through myths and outdated theories, with science-based advice providing you practical nutrition strategies that actually work, don’t require an entire dietary overhaul, and will be sustainable for you in the long term. Helping you to optimise and tailor your nutritional intake, with the aim of increasing your energy levels, improving your mood, and supporting your long-term health and lifestyle goals.
High Performance Dietitian partners with Uphill Athlete who provide proven training knowledge for outdoor sports, including training plans for mountaineering, ski touring, ultra running and climbing. High Performance Dietitian provides nutrition support via custom nutrition plans, phone consults, contributing nutrition articles and is present on the nutrition forum to answer any questions.
High Performance Dietitian works as part of the Performance Team for GB Climbing team providing nutrition strategies to support our first ever climbing athlete Shauna Coxsey to compete at an Olympic games in the Summer of 2021. She is also supporting future Olympic hopefuls including Molly Thompson Smith.
